For Almost Thirty Years Flavel RV Park has been the vision of one man, who was born and raised in Wyoming, who by the way is as big as John Wayne, migrated to Portland around 1983 and had a vision of providing a affordable,clean,safe park for the RV owners. Over the years the park has almost doubled in size and improvements were made to make the park a more livable, comfortable park for long term RVers who enjoy the lifestyle.
